2. Services

craftbrewl offers listing, review submission, and premium promotional services for artisanal brewing establishments. Listings include brewery profiles with photos, descriptions, and user ratings.

2.1 Reimbursement Policy for Services

All service fees are payable in advance. Cancellation requests submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time qualify for full reimbursement. Requests submitted after that window are not eligible for reimbursement due to resource scheduling constraints. Instead, you may reschedule the service once within 90 days of the original date, subject to availability. To request reimbursement or reschedule, contact us via our contact form. Approved reimbursements will be processed to the original payment channel within 10 business days.

3. Information Products

craftbrewl offers digital guides and reports related to artisanal brewing trends, tasting notes, and brewery spotlights.

3.1 Reimbursement Policy for Digital Guides

Due to immediate access and download, all sales of digital guides and reports are final and not eligible for reimbursement. This policy ensures fairness to contributors and maintains content integrity.

4. Goods

craftbrewl may offer branded merchandise and physical publications for sale.

4.1 Reimbursement Policy for Goods

Physical goods may be shipped back within 14 days of delivery in their original condition. To initiate a send-back, contact us via our contact form. Once the shipped-back item is received and inspected, we will process a refund for the purchase price using the same payment channel used at purchase. Any shipping charges incurred remain with the customer unless the item is defective. Defective items will be exchanged or fully reimbursed, including shipping charges.
